"James Wester is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain that has been living in Australia since September 2005. He lived outside of Canberra for almost a year in 2001 and 2002 before moving back to Texas. After spending three years back in the USA teaching people how to fish, he missed the Aussie culture, way of life and most of all the Aussie people, so he packed up during Hurricane Rita and hopped a plane back to the great land down under."
